On the restaurant side, there's pure delight in store for food connoisseurs, with delicious wood-fire grilled specialties. Served by the hearth in winter, on the ample flowery terrace in summer. Large private car park.

Set in a flowery garden on the outskirts of the city, Hotel Le Pan de Bois welcomes you every day from 7 am to 10 pm, offering 40 rooms including 20 entirely renovated upstairs rooms featuring Italian shower or bath. We pride ourselves on making you feel right at home here in our estate.

Each of our rooms features air-conditioning, toilet, telephone, flat-screen TV and Wifi (free of charge).

Specialising in wood-fire grills and fish, home-made desserts and patisseries and terrines concocted by Stephane Masson, chef for over 20 years, Restaurant Le Pan de Bois has all the secrets to delight your tastebuds!

The restaurant is open every day from 12 noon to 2 pm and from 7:15 to 9:30 pm, except Sundays lunch and dinner and Monday lunch.

Business seminar

Are you thinking of organising a seminar close to Troyes? Le Pan de Bois has a meeting-room at your disposal, equipped with video projector, screen and paper-board for €150 inc.tax / day on condition that all participants have lunch at the restaurant.

With a surface area of 60m², the seminar room can accommodate 25 to 45 people according to how the furniture is set out.
